Landomo aggregates publicly listed real-estate offers from portals worldwide. If you operate a portal whose listings appear on Landomo, this page is for you.

Email [email protected]. This inbox is monitored separately from end-user support and is reserved for portal operators, their legal representatives, and listing-source rights holders.
What to include
- The portal domain (and your role / authority to act on its behalf).
- The specific request type: removal, correction, crawl-policy change (rate limit, schedule, User-Agent), or other.
- For removal/correction: the listing URL on Landomo and/or the source URL on your portal. Bulk lists are accepted as a CSV attachment.
- A reply-to address that resolves to your portal's domain.
Service levels
We commit to the following response times for requests sent to [email protected]:

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in the Czech Republic (Landomo's operating jurisdiction).
Removal workflow
- You email [email protected].
- We acknowledge within 1 business day with a ticket reference.
- We verify the request originates from the portal's domain (DNS / domain-email check, or written confirmation on portal letterhead for third-party representatives).
- We disable the affected scraper and/or remove the listings from our index and database within the SLA above.
- We confirm completion to you in writing and add the portal to our internal block-list to prevent re-crawl.
Correction workflow
Corrections are best made at the source: in most cases, updating the listing on your portal will flow through to Landomo within one crawl cycle (typically under 24h). If you need an immediate manual correction or removal of cached data, include "URGENT — manual correction" in the subject line.
Escalation
If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 1 business day, or believe a response is unsatisfactory, reply with "ESCALATE" in the subject line. Escalations route to the responsible engineering lead.
