PRINT IT! SE (“we”, “us”, “Landomo”) operates the real-estate aggregation platform available at landomo.cz and associated country-specific domains. This policy describes how we process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on Personal Data Processing.
Account data (registered users only)
Email address and bcrypt-hashed password when you register with email/password. If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from the OAuth provider; we do not store your social-media password.
Usage data (all visitors)
When you browse Landomo we collect page views, search queries you enter, property listings you view or save, and technical data such as browser type, language, and approximate country derived from IP address. IP addresses are not stored after request processing; only the derived country code is retained.
User-generated content
Watchdog filters you create (saved search criteria and notification preferences). These are stored against your account and used only to deliver the alerts you requested.
Consent records
When you interact with our cookie consent banner we store a timestamped consent record containing your category choices, an anonymous browser identifier, and the policy version in effect. No name or email is linked to this record.
We do not sell personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for automated profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
All sub-processors outside the EU/EEA are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the European Commission.
You have the following rights, which you can exercise by contacting us at [email protected]:
We respond to verified requests within 30 days. Complex requests may be extended by a further 60 days with notification.
If you believe we have processed your data unlawfully you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority:
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: TLS encryption in transit, bcrypt password hashing (cost factor ≥ 12), least-privilege database access, regular dependency audits, and firewall rules limiting public exposure. Despite these measures no system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication if offered.
Landomo is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Where changes require fresh consent (e.g. new processing purposes) we will ask again.
