Landomo is a real-estate aggregation and search platform. We collect publicly available property listings from third-party portals (“Source Portals”) and display them in a unified search interface. Landomo is not a real-estate agency, broker, or advertiser. We do not originate or verify listings; we are a technical intermediary within the meaning of Act No. 480/2004 Coll. on certain information-society services.
Use of the platform is free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future; any such change will be announced with at least 30 days’ notice.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use features that involve saving personal data (watchdogs, likes). Visitors under 18 may browse listings anonymously. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement.
Registration
You may create an account with an email address and password, or via Google or Facebook OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering and to keep it up to date.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Listings on Landomo are retrieved from Source Portals at periodic intervals. Prices, availability, and other listing details may be out of date. Always verify information directly with the Source Portal or the property owner/agent before making any financial or legal decision.
Landomo makes no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of listing data. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment, legal, or financial advice.
Our content
The Landomo platform, brand, software, design, and any original content we create are owned by PRINT IT! SE and protected by Czech and EU intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Third-party content
Listing data, photographs, and descriptions originate from Source Portals and/or their advertisers. We do not claim ownership of this content. If you are a rightful owner of content displayed on Landomo and believe it infringes your rights, please contact us at [email protected] with details and we will act promptly.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Landomo and PRINT IT! SE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Czech law.
The platform contains links to Source Portals and may contain links to other third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content or practices of any third-party site. Visiting a Source Portal is subject to that portal’s own terms and privacy policy.
We may modify or discontinue the platform (in whole or in part) at any time. We will provide at least 14 days’ notice of material changes to these Terms by email (for registered users) or by prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prague, Czech Republic. If you are a consumer within the EU, you also retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of domicile and to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
