Landomo is a real-estate information aggregation service. As an information-society service provider under Act No. 480/2004 Coll., we are subject to supervision by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI) for consumer-protection matters and by the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ) for data-protection matters.
Landomo is a technical intermediary that aggregates publicly available real-estate listings from third-party portals across Europe for informational purposes. Landomo does not act as a real-estate agent, broker, or advertiser. Listing data is retrieved from source portals at periodic intervals; accuracy and currency of data is not guaranteed. Users should verify all listing details directly with the source portal or property advertiser.
These services are governed by Czech law. The Terms of Service and all related agreements shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.
